2022 brought major legislative changes to the DUI laws in Kansas. We will discuss the new criminal penalties for DUI and how the new laws may be applied to older cases. We will also discuss changes to the administrative driver’s license suspensions and restrictions. Finally, we will review significant case law handed down in the past year.
