This CLE is designed for new practitioners or those who need a refresher on handling municipal tickets in the Kansas City metro area. We will discuss new processes and procedures for requesting discovery, amendments, or hearings following COVID-19 changes that many local courts have made to their dockets. We will also review the differences between Missouri and Kansas traffic offenses and the effects on licensing, plus possible outcomes your clients should be prepared for in municipal court cases. 1.0 Hour CLE credit in KS & MO (application for credit submitted; credit approval pending)
